Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

  2. Shipping Time Since our products are shipped directly from our partner facility in South Korea, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days, worldwide.

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs processing, local carriers, weather, or other events outside our control may extend these timeframes.

  1. Free Shipping We're happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

  2. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes For international orders, your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order if you'd like to know what to expect.

  1. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after it's first issued.

  2. Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@yunlumie.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

  3. Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, as this is often a temporary delay. If it still hasn't turned up after a few days, contact us at hello@yunlumie.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
